First of all, I totally understand after reading many bad reviews/comments. But here are my takes, the hotel location is unbeatable strategic in Paris, straight in the heart of the city. Makes you as travelers easier to explore and reach almost anywhere you want whether it’s tourist destinations or the hype entertainment center. Yes it’s “petite”, yes the entrance is smaller than your luggage perhaps and no elevator. But, when I arrived the blonde lady receptionist is very polite, friendly and helpful, she wholeheartedly trying to give the best service. Plus the surrounding is very nice, many good restaurants, near to convenient stores, supermarché, near parks, again the location is gem! The WiFi is very reliable for working and studying as well! The bathrooms are small yes but it’s clean and they’re cleaning everyday. I
